CICLO is a farm-to-table restaurant in Lisbon, located in charming Mouraria. With just 24 seats, it has a cozy space where everything has been thought out to make all visitors feel at home, in an informal but careful atmosphere. Located in one of Lisbon's oldest and most traditional neighborhoods, known for its cultural diversity, where history and modernity meet. It's a vibrant place, the birthplace of fado, with narrow streets and historic buildings that create a unique atmosphere.
At CICLO, we believe that good gastronomy starts with fresh, quality ingredients. That's why we only work with seasonal products, guaranteeing the authentic taste and freshness of the food. We collaborate with small local producers, all 100% Portuguese, which allows us to support the local economy and offer products of the highest quality. Our philosophy is zero waste: we use vegetables and fruit in their entirety. We transform the branches, peels and tops into vinegars, powders and condiments that enrich our dishes.
Our menu changes every week, based on what is available on the market and always with zero waste in mind. The name CICLO (cycle in Portuguese) reflects our connection with the four seasons and also with our personal and professional life journey. Each season brings new ingredients, challenges and opportunities to create innovative and tasty dishes.
